The Dana Point Historical Society advocates for historic buildings that contribute to the eclectic visual character of the community and serves as reminders of Dana Point's rich and colorful past for the enrichment of current and future generations. The Dana Point Symphony is now the Sea Coast Symphony. Their mission is to provide world-class classical music to Dana Point and the surrounding community and make it accessible to everyone. In addition to presenting high caliber music, the Dana Point Symphony features one visual artist exhibition at the meet-the-artist receptions. Each concert experience is artistically crafted to the desires of the audience.
The Dana Point Women's Club has been an integral part of the Dana Point community since 1951. Its philanthropic programs benefit South Orange County women, children and families while addressing poverty, preventing homelessness and promoting literacy and education. DPWC's Community House serves as a venue for meetings and events with proceeds supporting its charitable programs. Special rates are available for non-profit organizations.
